My Marketplace connects customers with vendors for building material, product listings, requirements, enquiries and related services. We provide a platform, but vendors are responsible for their own products, prices, availability and service quality.

3. User Account

• Users must provide correct and updated information.
• Users are responsible for keeping login details safe.
• Fake, misleading or abusive accounts may be suspended.
• Users must not misuse the platform or harm other users/vendors.

4. Vendor Account

• Vendors must provide genuine business and product details.
• Vendors are responsible for product price, stock and quality.
• Vendors must not upload fake, illegal or misleading products.
• We may approve, reject or suspend vendor accounts if required.

5. Products and Pricing

Product prices, descriptions, images and availability are provided by vendors or platform administrators. Prices may change from time to time. Users should confirm final price, delivery and availability before purchase.

6. Orders and Requirements

Customers may place orders or submit material requirements through the app. Vendors may respond based on availability. Any agreement between customer and vendor should be handled honestly and professionally.

7. Payments

If online payment is enabled, payments may be processed through third-party payment services. We are not responsible for payment gateway downtime, bank issues or failed transactions caused by third-party systems.

8. Delivery and Service

Delivery time, charges, product handling and fulfilment may depend on the vendor, customer location and order type. Vendors are responsible for completing accepted orders properly.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Uploading fake, harmful, illegal or misleading content.
• Misusing customer or vendor information.
• Attempting to hack, damage or overload the platform.
• Posting abusive, offensive or fraudulent material.
• Using the platform for unlawful business activities.

10. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any user, vendor, product, category, order or requirement if it violates our terms, creates risk, receives complaints or appears fraudulent.

11. Limitation of Liability

We try to provide a safe and reliable platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation or complete accuracy of all vendor-provided information. Users and vendors use the platform at their own responsibility.

12. Changes to Terms
